Celebs to Walk the Pink Carpet for Pinkberry

Pinkberry will roll out its pink carpet tomorrow evening for an exclusive VIP event to celebrate the opening of its first Northern California store at Santana Row in San Jose, California. The grand opening event will include free Pinkberry, celebrity attendees, pink carpet photographers, and a guest DJ appearance by Benji Madden of the band Good Charlotte.

“We are psyched to be opening our doors in Northern California, and look forward to marking this milestone by celebrating with the very people who have supported Pinkberry’s growth from the beginning,” says Todd Putman, vice president of marketing, Pinkberry.

Celebrities who will show their devotion to Pinkberry by walking the pink carpet in San Jose include The Used, After Midnight Project, Buckcherry, Joe Manganiello of One Tree Hill, NOFX, and Rancid. The special tented event will take place just outside the new store at Santana Row.

The new San Jose store is the first of many locations planned for the brand in 2009.
