DCI Cheese Company (DCI) announced that it’s Richfield, Wisconsin, headquarters was recognized as a “Top Milwaukee Workplace” by The Business Journal of Milwaukee. DCI qualified as one of the top businesses in the Small Companies category thanks to high survey scores and a strong collection of positive written responses. The announcement will be published in the Top Milwaukee Workplaces supplement to the August 20 edition of The Business Journal.

Companies nominated for the award were required to have employees complete an online survey measuring employee satisfaction with the workplace environment, interaction with senior leadership, and teamwork, among other criteria. To qualify as winners, companies needed to obtain a predetermined participation rate based on the number of area employees and have a positive response rate and aggregate score. Winners were selected by a panel of the publication’s editors. This is the Richfield office’s first nomination and first win.

“It’s a great honor to be named one of the top companies to work for in Milwaukee,” says Tim Omer, president of DCI. “Our team-oriented culture has allowed us to attract and retain excellent talent. It is rewarding to hear that our employees are thriving in their environment and view DCI as a great place to work.”

DCI will be recognized as a Top Milwaukee Workplace in a special supplement of the August 20 edition of The Business Journal and, concurrently, on the publication’s website.
