Chick N Max has been busy in the kitchen, creating four new sandwiches that feature their signature smoked almond wood chicken and fried chicken tenders, available starting September 24, 2020, at all three locations. These elevated chicken sandwiches offer unique and unexpected flavor combinations, making for a Better Chicken Sandwich experience. Each sandwich features either juicy smoked almond wood chicken or two perfectly fried chicken tenders, along with toppings like hot honey sriracha, jalapeno cream sauce, creamy coleslaw, and more. Each sandwich comes with a choice of a Chick n Max side.

To celebrate the launch of these new sandwiches, Chick N Max is offering free sandwiches on Tuesday, October 20, from 11am-1pm at all three of their locations. Guests who donate any amount to the Kansas Humane Society (KHS), who will be on-site collecting donations, will receive their choice of a FREE Screamin’ Mimi or Hot Honey full-sized sandwich. *One free sandwich per person.  Customers must be present, either in the restaurant or in the car (drive thru).  Promotion is not valid on online orders, catering, or delivery orders.

“We’re upping our chicken game with four new additions to our popular sandwich menu. We’ve brought on noted Chef Robert Kabakoff to help us create gourmet flavor profiles that will help differentiate us in the industry,” said Max Sheets, Founder, Chick N Max. “We’ve also replaced the typical fried chicken breast that most fast-casual restaurants use for their chicken sandwiches with two ultra-crispy tenders. By using tenders, we can give the guest more chicken per sandwich and more crunch for their money.”

Chick N Max is excited to announce the addition of Chef Robert Kabakoff to the team to advise and create exciting menu items that continue to make Chick N Max ahead of the flavor curve. 

Robert Kabakoff is the owner and founder of RHK Consulting Group. He has led an impressive career of culinary invention. Kabakoff’s honors include Chef of the Year and the National Champion for Hot Food Cooking twice. After eight years as Corporate Executive Chef and Director of Culinary Training for Hillstone Restaurant Group, Kabakoff branched out to open his own consulting group 14 years ago along with restaurants in Bend, Oregon, Chicago Illinois, Spanish Fort Alabama, Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Washington D.C.

Drive thru is also available at the Maize & 37th and West Street locations. Please note, Chick N Max restaurants are cleaned and sanitized rigorously throughout each day.
