Chick N Max—Wichita’s go-to fast-casual chicken restaurant—is expanding its community support efforts during this time of need to offer a helping hand to fellow hospitality workers who have lost their jobs due to the crisis.

Starting Monday, April 20, 2020 and repeating every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 4pm-6pm, Chick N Max will serve 50 free meals to restaurant & bar workers affected by COVID-19 layoffs. To receive their free meal, workers will need to sign up online for a designated time slot here. The meals offered will rotate and will include Chicken Salad Sandwich (with a side), Double Smoked Drumstick (with a side), Pulled Smoked Pork Sandwich (with a side), and more. Each day will have a different meal and specific Chick N Max location to pick up from.

Chick N Max continues to offer its Community Support Menu as well, which includes healthy, affordably-priced meals that are offered all day and designed to help those affected by the outbreak and make food more accessible to the whole Wichita community.

Community Support Menu:

The Signature Tenders Family Meal: 12 crispy Max Tenders, 2 Family Sides, and Choice of Bread for just $20

30 Wings for $20

BOGO Original and Fried Chicken Sandwiches ($4.99)

$2 Wichita Proud Box: Pulled Pork Sandwich, 1 side of White Beans or Southern Turnip Greens

Please note, Chick N Max restaurants are cleaned and sanitized rigorously throughout each day. Employees have always had a regimented routine of washing their hands every twenty minutes throughout the day as part of their usual efforts to have the cleanest restaurants and safest work environment.
