Chicken Salad Chick is building on to its corporate staff with the addition of Patti Evanonsky, director of training and development, and Meggie Schissler, marketing assistant.
Patti Evanonsky brings over 18 years of training experience in both full-service and fast casual restaurant concepts. In her most recent role as the Dean of Popeye’s Chicken University, Patti has worked with corporate operations, franchise owners, managers, and team members to enhance their hospitality and operational execution throughout the system. Patti brings a strong background in development and implementation of learning systems, and will be a great addition to the training support team. Chicken Salad Chick founder Kevin Brown says, “We are excited to have Patti join our team and are confident that her experience and character will uphold our values and high level of customer service throughout all of our locations”.
Meggie Schissler brings excellent writing, communication, and organization skills to the team. She will be an integral part of the marketing team by managing our social media and website, as well as writing and distributing press releases. A Texas native, Meggie earned her degree in Marketing from Texas Christian University and worked with Reformed University Ministries (RUF) after graduation, where she was placed on Auburn’s campus. “We are so excited to welcome Meggie to our family and know that her personality and skills will help us further our brand and concept,” says founder Stacy Brown.
