Chicken Salad Chick, one of the nation’s newest, fast-casual restaurant concept, is scheduled to open its new franchise location in Columbia, South Carolina, on October 22, 2013. The new restaurant will be located at 5135 Sunset Blvd., Suite A, Lexington, South Carolina, 29072.

“We are so excited to add this new location to the growing Chicken Salad Chick community throughout the Southeast,” says Kevin Brown, president of Chicken Salad Chick. “It has been such a blessing to have franchisees join in sharing the Chicken Salad Chick experience with their own communities.”

Current owners Julie Beville and Michelle Singleton of SingBev Hospitality wanted to bring a restaurant to Columbia following on the heels of their successful franchise launch in Greenville, South Carolina, in August 2013.

“Opening another location in South Carolina is very exciting for us, as this is the second of 20 plus locations we’ll be bringing to the Carolinas,” says owners Julie and Michelle. "The excitement from our fans in the area is wonderful, and we're happy to say our opening is only a few weeks away."
