Adam Fleischman’s AdVantage Partners announced plans to open ChocoChicken in the South Park district of Los Angeles in March. ChocoChicken will serve a new style of fried chicken: a fried chicken and chocolate hybrid. ChocoChicken is a partnership between Adam Fleischman and his AdVantage Restaurant partners, Keith Previte, a self taught cook, party planner, and entertainment producer, and Sean Robins, a film and television producer and the first person ever to eat at every restaurant listed in a Zagat Guide.

“Fried chicken is a classic American comfort food that has been largely overlooked in fast-casual restaurants,” says Adam Fleischman, founder of AdVantage Restaurant Partners. “ChocoChicken is completely different than anything else out there. This isn’t mole’, traditional fried chicken, or even chicken just dipped in chocolate. It is a whole new style of fried chicken that you just have to taste to believe. It’s got the ‘crack factor’ I look for in a great restaurant brand.”

In addition to chocolate fried chicken, ChocoChicken will also serve house-made biscuits, new-school sides and sauces, and beer, wine, and specialty cocktails from a full bar. ChocoChicken is expected to open in March 2014 in South Park District at 403 W. 12 St., in the space occupied by Corkbar.
