Chopt Creative Salad Company, a pioneering fast-casual chain, announced its partnership with Sea to Table, the leading purveyor of sustainable American seafood, to supply wild-caught shrimp from U.S. waters  to all 44 Chopt locations.

Chopt is passionate about discovering new flavors and ingredients and is constantly searching for the best food sources for its customers and for the environment. With this belief, Chopt has partnered with Sea to Table. Sea to Table has spent years developing relationships with fishermen and docks, supporting traditional American fishing communities on every U.S. coast. With this commitment to sustainable seafood, Chopt has also become a recognized member of Seafood Watch, the most credible source of sustainable seafood information in North America.

“We are so proud to offer Sea to Table shrimp in our restaurants,” says Tony Shure, co-founder of Chopt. “We’ve always believed in sourcing the highest quality ingredients for the best tasting food, and when it comes to seafood, we’re committed to doing what’s best for both our customers and our oceans.”

“We care about the seafood that America eats, and America’s favorite seafood is shrimp,” says Sean Dimin, founder of Sea to Table. “Supplying Chopt with wild-caught shrimp from our very own waters off the Gulf Coast really is at the heart of our mission. We’re thrilled about this partnership.”

To celebrate the new offering, Chopt has created a Happy Shrimp campaign, launching at World Ocean Festival on June 4th and running through the month of June online and in stores.
