With most travel off the table for this summer, Chopt is here to bring the vacation to you with their new Destination Mexico menu, the latest destination in their ongoing series. Available this summer, the new salad and warm bowl options are here to spice up your lunch options, available at select locations currently open for curbside pick-up and app-less and contactless delivery.

Travel down south with Destination Mexico from Chopt, featuring the Mexican Street Corn Caesar Salad, Mexicali Cobb Salad and Barbacoa Brisket Bowl. Inspired by the country’s flavorful spices, these salad and bowl feature quality produce and long-lasting recipes. The new menu items are locally sourced ingredients from local artisans, farmers and small businesses.

And if salads and bowls aren’t your “vacation food” of choice, then Dos Toros (recently acquired by Chopt under Founders Table Restaurant Group) offers a San Fran-inspired menu, featuring burritos, tacos, quesadillas and nachos, brings the best of the San Francisco taqueria experience to the rest of the country, allowing you to feel like you’re enjoying your meal in the warm, west coast weather!

Further, Chopt and Dos Toros are planning to reopen select stores for pick-up and delivery, as well as open a brand-new location in the coming weeks. Chopt reopenings include Bergen Town Center (June 26), 19th&L (June 29), Pine Street (July 7); while Dos Toros reopenings include 52nd Street (June 29) and Maiden Lane (July 6) with a grand opening in Florham Park (July 20) – Dos Toros’ first NJ location.
