Earlier this month, Chopt launched Destination California, which uses inspiration from California and its refreshing selection of produce to curate its menu with locally sourced ingredients from local artisans, farmers and businesses.

Available through the fall, menu items ranging from $9.79 to $13.58, include the Spicy Sonoma Caesar, a fan-favorite and most requested non-regular menu salad; Sweet & Spicy Koreatown Bowl, inspired by the vibrant and bold flavors of Koreatown; and Cali Cauliflower Salad, inspired by the healthy vibes and plant-based trends found in California.

Spicy Sonoma Caesar ($10.99-$11.79): The inspiration starts up north with the fan-favorite and also the most requested non-regular menu salad, the Spicy Sonoma Caesar, featuring parmesan quinoa crisps and general Cali-vibe with a rich, creamy avocado and spicy pickled cherry peppers and chipotle chicken.

Full Sonoma-inspired ingredients include: Chipotle chicken, avocado, parmesan quinoa crisps, pickled cherry peppers, romaine, kale & purple cabbage with a Creamy Caesar dressing.

Sweet & Spicy Koreatown Bow ($10.99-$13.58): Traveling through Los Angeles, you can’t help but be inspired by the vibrant and bold flavors of Koreatown. With so many historic and inspiring shops and restaurants, Chopt took its favorite flavors and incorporated them in the Sweet & Spicy Koreatown Bowl including blistered green beans.

Full ingredients with notes to its sweet & spicy roots include: Warm Grains or Cauliflower Rice drizzled with Spicy Gochujang Dressing and topped with braised beef, spicy sesame cucumbers, Asian pear, rainbow carrots, spinach & cabbage blend, crispy shallots, topped with a Kimchi Vinaigrette.

Cali Cauliflower Salad ($9.79-$10.49): The Cali Cauliflower Salad is inspired by the healthy vibes and plant-based trends found in California, blending organic flavors with nutritional value into an ideal cuisine. With its roasted turmeric cauliflower and bold veggie flavor, the salad encourages consumers with the beneficial ingredients. Doesn’t just taste good, but the Cali Cauliflower Salad is good for you!

Full, fresh ingredients include: Roasted turmeric cauliflower, feta, watermelon radish, pickled red onions, pita chips, romaine, arugula & purple cabbage blend with Meyer Lemon Yogurt Dressing
