Chuck E. Cheese’s is adding new Stuffed Crust Pizza to its menu just in time for National Pizza Day. The new crust features the restaurants’ traditional crust stuffed full of melted, gooey mozzarella cheese, then brushed before and after baking, with a garlic, butter and herb glaze.

“This new pizza is a favorite, sure to make any cheese-lover smile,” says Gregory Casale, senior director of culinary innovation for CEC Entertainment, Inc. “We use more than 8.5 million pounds of fresh, 100 percent whole milk mozzarella cheese on our pizzas every year nationwide, so we thought it was time to make one of our original pizzas even cheesier.”

Pizzas ordered with the new stuffed crust contain the same amount of fresh and tasty toppings as the traditional crust, so pizza lovers don’t have to fear that their favorite toppings are lost with the stuffed crust. With this addition, Chuck E. Cheese’s offers a crust option that everyone in the family can enjoy, including traditional, thin & crispy and a gluten-free option.

The stuffed crust is available now for just a two-dollar upcharge on medium, large and extra-large traditional pizzas at restaurants nationwide. And beginning February 13, families can have double the fun with the new pizza crust. Chuck E. Cheese’s is rolling out a new weekday special on Tuesdays, in which two large one-topping pizzas will be available for just $22 in most restaurants (as prices may vary). Traditional or thin & crispy pizzas are offered with the Tuesday deal, or each pizza can get a tasty, stuffed crust upgrade for two dollars.
