Church’s Chicken announced today the launch of a free mobile application for connecting with fans and followers. The Church’s app serves to provide special offers to loyal guests and to obtain real-time feedback from guests about their experiences.
The main features of the Church’s app include a simple feedback and survey option, a loyalty program tracker that collects rewards points and delivers special offers to frequent diners, on-demand digital coupons with limited time redemption windows, a restaurant location finder, and menu display. The app also connects users with Facebook to invite further engagement on social media.
“It was important that we developed a relationship-based app that was easy to use, visually appealing and, most importantly, provided true value to our most-engaged guests,” says Adam Tabachnikoff, vice president of activation and product marketing for Church’s Chicken. “From the attractive special offers, ability to keep track of rewards points, and its real-time feedback mechanism to glean deeper insights from guests, we think the app is going to be a hit among our guests.”
The Church’s app is free to download and available in both the Apple App and Google Play stores. It is available in English and Spanish, and contains data on all locations within the United States.
