Church’s Chicken’s hand-battered, made-in house fried chicken, home-style sides, and scratch-made Honey Butter Biscuits is returning to Memphis. On Saturday, January 12, two Church’s restaurants unveil an all-new look and complete, top-to-bottom renovations, indoors and out, as part of the popular chicken brand’s expansion. The re-opening Memphis restaurants are located at 2304 Chelsea Avenue and 1486 Getwell Road.

“This is an exciting re-opening of two of our favorite destinations,” says Pete Servold, executive vice president of U.S. operations for Church’s Chicken. “The people of Memphis have been long-time fans of our quality food and great values.”

In honor of the restaurants’ re-grand openings on Saturday, January 12, guests are invited to enjoy celebrations of great food and family-friendly fun from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at both locations. Radio station 107.5 (WHBQ) will be onsite at the Chelsea Avenue location and radio station 107.1 (KXHT) will be at the Getwell Road site. One lucky winner at each restaurant will walk away with a “free chicken for a year” card. In addition, there will be prizes that includes one TV giveaway at each location, tablets, and promotional items.

Church’s hours of operation are Monday – Thursday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Both the Chelsea Avenue and Getwell Road restaurants have new telephone numbers—901.452.4225 and 901.743.7698 respectively.
