Church's Chicken Recruits Marketing Executive

    Church's Chicken, a division of AFC Enterprises®, Inc. (Nasdaq: AFCE), announced today that Ann Stone has joined the executive management team as Chief Marketing Officer. Stone has over 16 years of marketing and branding experience, and will help firmly position Church's Chicken as a global brand.

    Stone most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer for Definition 6, a Web-centric consulting firm specializing in Web site and online marketing/branding strategies. During her tenure with the company, Stone focused her efforts on delivering channel marketing strategies and solid customer support programs to more firmly establish Definition 6 as a powerful brand.

    Before joining Definition 6, Stone served as Coca-Cola North America's Vice President of Channel Business Development, leading a team responsible for developing channel marketing strategies. Earlier in her career she worked at Pizza Hut, in both field marketing and strategic marketing roles, and at S.C. Johnson and Son in brand management.

    Stone received an MBA from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and also holds a B.A. from Hope College in Holland, Michigan.
