According to an Associated Press report filed yesterday evening, Cinnabon Inc.'s president Gregg A. Kaplan resigned to pursue new business opportunities.
Until a new president is brought on board, the company's COO Chris Elliott, take over Kaplan's. Kaplan, 41, joined AFC in June 1996 after working at Shoney's Inc. and Wendy's.
