City Barbeque has introduced a new menu item: brisket chili. The made-from-scratch dish features the restaurant’s national award–winning slow-smoked beef brisket, jalapeños, black beans, green chilies, and, as is the case with any good chili recipe, a secret ingredient or two.
Topped with shredded sharp cheddar, a dollop of sour cream, and a bright slice of fresh jalapeño, it’s available at all City Barbeque locations for a limited time.
Guests can enjoy their chili by the cup ($3.49) or by the bowl ($5.99). “Our new brisket chili is the perfect wintertime treat.
“We promise it’ll warm you right up,” says Brian Hipsher, VP of marketing for City Barbeque. “Our fans are already telling us that our new brisket chili is off-the-charts fantastic, and we have to agree.”
