KDM P.O.P. Solutions Group announces that they will again be on board as a primary, Gold Level vendor sponsor for CKE Restaurant’s annual Stars for Heroes (SFH) program. The fifth annual fundraising campaign kicked off in-store this week at participating Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. locations throughout the U.S. and will run until June 16, 2015.

The SFH program, which has raised more than $3.5 million since its inception in 2011, harnesses the compassion and generosity of its customers, franchisees, and employees to support the nation’s military veterans and families, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to support military service members and their families. Funds raised during this year’s campaign will support national charity partners, Dream Foundation and USA Cares, as well as dozens of local military-focused charities in Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s local communities.

KDM has supported the SFH program for many years as a Print Service Provider (PSP) with in-kind donations for needed marketing and POP materials for the restaurant locations. In 2014, and again this year, KDM will be the sole PSP vendor, donating in excess of $87,000 of print media to help market the campaign store wide.

To contribute to the campaign, restaurant customers donate $1 and in receive a commemorative “I support military veterans and families” patriotic star-shaped cut-out to personalize and display in the restaurant. In exchange for their support, they also receive restaurant coupons valued at more than $10 to use toward future food purchases.
