CKE Restaurants Inc. has selected BoardVantage to manage its board communications. CKE Restaurants will be using BoardVantage to prepare and distribute its board materials as well as to facilitate board and committee meetings.

“BoardVantage has thought of virtually everything in terms of functionality and that made it an obvious choice for us. In addition to the productivity savings for directors and the corporate secretary’s office, we were also keen to see a reduction in the use of paper and other resources as part of the CKE Green Initiative,” says Charles “Chip” Seigel III, senior vice-president of legal.
