With multiple establishments across Texas, Clutch City Cluckers is celebrating the grand opening of its first US brick & mortar in Humble, Texas, at 7064 Will Clayton Pkwy, Humble, Texas, 77396, with a grand opening celebration on Friday, March 1st & Saturday, March 2nd, 2024 from 11am to 11pm that will allow the first 50 patrons to try their food for free, plus offer 50% off all day, a ribbon cutting, entertainment, & raffles throughout the day.
Clutch City Cluckers stepped onto the hot chicken scene mid-February 2021 in the midst of a global pandemic and a South Texas winter snowstorm that delayed their grand opening nearly two weeks. Despite these challenges, their first location off Chimney Rock and Westheimer at 5550 Val Verde St. Houston, TX 77056 gained rave reviews and buzz grew for the flame-covered food.
The truck’s menu consists of a 100% Halal menu featuring Nashville-inspired Hot Chicken Sandwiches, Cheese Topped Hot Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken Tenders, and Loaded Fries. With later additions of new menu items like tacos and even vegetarian-friendly options such as their fried cauliflower and salads. Clutch City Cluckers quickly became a household name in Texas. After addressing demands for their uniquely delicious cuisine, they set their sights on a storefront. The Humble location will mark Clutch City Cluckers 11th location and first Brick & Mortar in the United States. The franchise owns one other brick and mortar store located in Amman, Jordan.
The Humble storefront is 1,250 square feet featuring walk-up ordering, and dine-in seating. The location is themed similar to the brand’s food trucks, featuring black and table seating and a few booths. The space is Instagrammable, featuring a selfie wall with Clutch City Clucker’s classic neon sign. There’s even a map of the world, paying homage to the nearby George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
In honor of their grand opening, which will be held from March 1st to March 2nd from 11am-11pm, Clutch City Cluckers will offer the first fifty people in line a free meal. Plus patrons can take advantage of 50% off all day. Anyone who buys a meal is entered to win a Meta Oculus, IPhone 15, or $50 gift cards. Featuring entertainment and a ceremonial ribbon cutting. Owner, Ahmad Kilani states, “We are thrilled to be opening our first ever Brick & Mortar in the US, the best is yet to come!”
The new Clutch City Cluckers will be open daily from 6am-1am and serve a variety of hot chicken, tacos, and desserts with several vegetarian options to choose from.
