Cobranded Fatburger, Buffalo’s Café Unit Opens in Pakistan

Fatburger and Buffalo’s Café opened their first cobranded location in Islamabad, Pakistan. BIL Foods brought the two restaurants to Pakistan’s capital. This will be the second location to be opened by BIL Foods, a food and beverage distributor whose first Fatburger unit opened in Karachi, Pakistan, in January 2013.

As prominent global players, Fatburger and Buffalo’s Cafe are dedicated to expanding into new locations and into diverse international markets. Fatburger has 150 locations in 32 countries with recent openings in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and Istanbul, Turkey, while its sister brand Buffalo’s Café has locations in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Ultimately, Fatburger expects to bring its all-American dining experience to more than 300 new units in the U.S., Asia, Europe, and the Middle East in the coming years. The Buffalo’s brand anticipates 30–40 new openings by the end of the year.

“With Islamabad being the leading cosmopolitan center of Pakistan, the addition of our brand to this market is a huge accomplishment for us and we cannot wait to see the customer’s response,” says Andy Wiederhorn, CEO of Fatburger andBuffalo’s Café. “We are grateful to have partners like BIL Foods to work with as we continue to grow internationally.”
