After several months since launching its franchise opportunity, Rush Bowls, a fast-casual restaurant that specializes in healthy, all-natural, fruit-blended meal-in-a-bowl for those on-the-go, has signed its first franchise agreement—a multi-unit deal in the Nashville metropolitan area, with the first store slated to open next spring.
“This is a big milestone for the company and a true testament to the brand’s appeal,” says Rush Bowls founder Andrew Pudalov. “To expand beyond Colorado is a major step for us and we could not have found better franchise partners to promote our mission and to establish Rush Bowls as the premier destination for grab-and-go meals in Nashville.”
Franchisees Jason and Erin Wilkins are both healthcare executives who have been in the industry for a combined 42 years. Jason worked for companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Accenture and Healthways. He will manage day-to-day operations of their Rush Bowls stores.
“We are truly honored to be Rush Bowls’ first franchisee and extremely excited to introduce the brand to the thriving Nashville community,” says Jason Wilkins. “Rush Bowls is not just a restaurant, it’s a lifestyle. This will be a great opportunity for us to connect with our purpose of health and well-being and to build relationships with others in the Nashville area who are passionate about great tasting, healthy food!”
Founded in 2004, Rush Bowls has cultivated a loyal following with its meals crafted from all-natural fruit, topped with organic granola and honey, and blended with protein, vitamins and other nutritious ingredients that taste delicious and promote a healthy lifestyle. Customers can choose from over 20 signature bowls or their all-natural smoothies made with fruit, yogurt or acai.
The Bowls are available in vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and dairy free options, and anything can be custom made to cater to any and all dietary needs.
