CoreLife Eatery, an active lifestyle restaurant offering a variety of greens, grains and broth-based dishes, is expanding its menu with a new offering to customers called ‘Choose 2’ to showcase their menu varietal.

The new ‘Choose 2’ menu addition will allow customers to select any small bowl along with your choice of a handcrafted beverage, side or soup. This new addition to the menu will allow the fresh food restaurant chain’s customer base to try a wide variety of options from the menu, including a new and improved marinated tri-tip grass-fed steak, replacing its previous offering of flank steak. With bowls ranging from Spicy Thai Chicken & Rice Noodle to Chicken Tortilla & Chipotle Chicken and soups and sides including options like gluten-free mac and cheese and maple-bacon brussel sprouts to broccoli cheddar and bone broth, customers have a plethora of freshly in-house made options to suit all different tastes and dietary needs.

All food at CoreLife Eatery is made in-house daily in a scratch kitchen. Many restaurants that make fresh or holistic claims still source most of their ingredients from factories, but CoreLife uses only grass-fed beef, antibiotic-free chicken and pork and cage-free eggs. All ingredients are free of GMOs, trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners and additives. The menu features grain bowls, green salads, soups, bone broth and dinner plates featuring roasted vegetables and homemade sides. CoreLife also offers catering for events, meetings and parties with options like a Build-Your-Own Bar and Individual Bowls to suit all taste buds and diets. The active lifestyle restaurant believes this new ‘Choose 2’ initiative will help entice lunchtime customers as it offers an array of great tasting options in a convenient counter-service format.

“At CoreLife, we want to make sure that we are satisfying all of our guests’ hunger and nutritional needs, regardless of dietary specifications or busy schedules,” says Vice President of Marketing Julia Baker. “The new Choose 2 option will allow our customers to try a sampling of our diverse menu offerings on their time, whether they are grabbing a quick bite to fuel up before the gym or dining in with friends.”

With an ongoing commitment to wellness and the community, the brand has seen numerous successful location launches in New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Michigan, Utah and now Virginia, as more people embrace the ability to eat healthy and powerful foods every day.
