Corner Bakery Cafe Crafts Limited-Time Italian Menu

Corner Bakery Cafe is saying “buon appetito” by introducing flavors inspired by Italy and handcrafted at the Corner, available from July 26 through September 26.

“We’ve combined traditional Italian meats and cheeses to create classic Italian flavors in our cafes,” says Ric Scicchitano, executive vice president, food and supply chain at Corner Bakery Cafe. “Guests will experience the fresh tastes of Italy with capicola ham, Genoa salami, Provolone, fresh Mozzarella, and pepperoncini featured in our new sandwiches and salads.”

The limited-time Italian Inspirations menu includes:

· Italian Classic Sandwich: Capicola ham, Genoa salami, Provolone cheese, sliced pepperoncini, Roma tomatoes, iceberg and romaine lettuce, mayo, and red wine vinaigrette on a freshly baked baguette.

· Rustic Italian Panini: Capicola ham, Genoa salami, Provolone cheese, oven-roasted tomatoes, sliced pepperoncini, and a touch of mayo, all grilled on sourdough bread.

· Italian Chef Salad: Capicola ham, Genoa salami, fresh Mozzarella, sliced pepperoncini, and cavatappi pasta salad, combined with iceberg and romaine lettuce and red wine vinaigrette.

Corner Bakery Cafe also recently introduced a greater variety of side options. Guests may substitute chips for a Trio option, including Cavatappi Pasta Salad or fresh seasonal fruit, for an additional charge with any sandwich or panini.
