One of the most anticipated menu items at Corner Bakery Café, the BBLT, is back for a limited time. The Bacon-Bacon-Local Tomato sandwich has double the bacon and is paired with seasonal, fresh tomatoes.
Each summer Corner Bakery Cafe finds the biggest, reddest, roundest tomatoes from local growers, slices them up and stacks six thick-cut slices of applewood smoked bacon on top of crisp lettuce, spread with CBC’s Cracked Pepper Balsamic Mayo on Mom’s white toast.
