Corner Bakery Cafe, the fast casual bakery cafe known for its freshly made breakfast scramblers, signature grilled panini, mouthwatering sweets, hand-roasted coffees, and catering for any occasion, announces the company has signed a franchise agreement to open its first restaurants in Nassau County beginning in 2013. Earlier this year, Corner Bakery Cafe announced similar expansion plans in the Northeast, including Northern New Jersey, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
Four M Bakery LLC, a group of veteran restaurant operators, which also owns 12 Buffalo Wild Wings through Four M Capital LLC, has plans to open seven Corner Bakery Cafes in Nassau County.

With several locations expected to open in the next 24-36 months, Corner Bakery Cafe is currently reviewing sites for its first restaurants in Nassau.

This is the seventh new development agreement, totaling 88 new restaurants that Corner Bakery Cafe has awarded so far this year. Overall, 23 agreements have been signed representing more than 286 new restaurants. Corner Bakery Cafe plans to double its footprint in the U.S. over the next four years through franchise and company-owned cafes.
