Corner Bakery Cafe, a fast-casual restaurant franchise known for its ingredient-inspired menu and neighborhood cafe atmosphere, announced the appointment of food and beverage and consumer package goods industry veteran Justin Lambeth as chief marketing officer (CMO).
Lambeth joins Corner Bakery Cafe following several leadership roles at PepsiCo Inc., where he was responsible for marketing, consumer engagement, and shopper marketing for the company’s Quaker Division as CMO. Prior to his work with the Quaker division, Lambeth held the role of vice president at Frito-Lay as well as leadership roles at H.J. Heinz and Nabisco Inc.

Lambeth holds an MBA from Wake Forest University’s Babcock Graduate School of Management, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. In 2010, he was recognized as a Brandweek Marketer of the Year for the strategic transformation of the Lay’s brand. His appointment coincides with what is expected to be Corner Bakery Cafe’s best year in company history.
