Così, Inc. has expanded its presence in the Boston market. Its 10th area location has opened in the Burlington Mall food court (75 Middlesex Turnpike, #2109A, Burlington, MA, 01803).

“We are very excited to bring Così to Burlington,” says Vinnie DiNatale, director of marketing. “There are a lot of Così fans in the area and the mall location is a perfect fit.”

Così is best known for its signature flatbread made from a centuries-old recipe. Guests can select made-to-order sandwiches, freshly-tossed salads, soups, snacks and desserts, complemented by handcrafted beverages and coffee.

The Burlington opening coincides with the launch of Così’s summer menu featuring such items as: Chicken Bruschetta Sandwich, Summer Spinach Salad and Blueberry Smash.

Hours are Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Così’s other Boston area locations are as follows: Mansfield, CambridgeSide Galleria, South Station, Milk Street, Federal Street, High Street, Seaport, Hood Park Cafe and Wareham.
