New York-based restaurant company, Cosi, Inc. (NASDAQ: COSI) will open 4 restaurants in the Chicagoland area within the next few months.
Cosi all day cafes will be opening at 15131 South LaGrange Road in Orland Park and at 1825 2nd Street in Highland Park. Cosi Downtown locations will be opening in the Illinois Center at 233 North Michigan Avenue and at 28 East Jackson Boulevard. The Orland Park location will open this week.
Cosi and Cosi Downtown locations operate identically until 5PM when Cosi Downtown locations close and Cosi locations go on to serve dinner and dessert.
On November 22, Cosi raised $38.9 million in an initial public offering designed to provide funding for expansion and ongoing operations.
