Starting July 7, 2015, the fresh Mexican grill will introduce fajita vegetables as a permanent menu item in every Costa Vida location nationwide. Guests can either use the fajita vegetables as a protein or bean substitute, or incorporate them into the Costa Vida entrées. Comprised of harmonious ingredients—such as nutritious, vibrant peppers and an array of tasty seasonings—visitors are encouraged to try the restaurant’s new offering by ordering a grilled chicken fajita burrito, sizzling steak fajita tacos ,or customizing their own made-to-order entrée.
