Cousins Subs announced the addition of Sub in a Bowl to its menu, offering guests the opportunity to order any deli fresh or grilled to order sub over a bed of fresh mixed greens instead of on bread. Each Sub in a Bowl is packed with the same portion of proteins and toppings as the signature sandwich and comes with the choice of dressing.
“More and more we receive requests for bread-free options,” says Justin McCoy, Vice President of Marketing at Cousins Subs. “Adding Sub in a Bowl to our menu provides the opportunity for more guests to enjoy our Midwest-inspired cuisine in a way that works better for their dietary needs.”
Guests can order a Sub in a Bowl in store and online through the Cousins Subs mobile app and company website for dine in, take out or delivery. Pricing varies by franchise location. Each Sub in a Bowl is the same price as the traditional 7.5” sandwich at corporate-owned restaurants.
Cousins Subs also offers Party Salad on its catering menu. Each Party Salad is made with fresh mixed greens and serves four or five side salads. Guests can add meat to their Party Salad for an additional charge. The Party Salad comes with a choice of dressing, bread, butter, knives, forks and serving tongs. Serving plates are available upon request.
