Cousins Subs announced the launch of its Round Up Campaign in support of the brand’s Make It Better Foundation that addresses the vital community needs of hunger, youth education and health and wellness, and its gift card promotion through which guests receive a gift certificate for a free 7.5” sub or sub in a bowl with the purchase of a Cousins Subs gift card of $25 or more.
Throughout the month of October, guests are encouraged to round up their in-store check to the nearest dollar in support of the Make It Better Foundation. When guests head online to purchase their meal on the Cousins Subs website or through the Cousins Subs mobile app, they can choose to add a $0.25 or $0.50 donation to their cart. Online patrons can add multiple quantities of each donation to their order to increase their charitable giving.
“Expanding our community contributions to further support our three philanthropic pillars is critical to the well-being of the children and families in the communities we’re proud to call home,” says Justin McCoy, Vice President of Marketing at Cousins Subs and Vice President of the Make It Better Foundation. “We’re calling on Cousins Subs enthusiasts to help us make our communities a better place by rounding up to the nearest dollar or adding a donation to their online order each time they enjoy a meal this month.”
Since the inception of the Make It Better Foundation in 2013, Cousins Subs has made a big difference in its neighborhoods through:
- $512,000 in grants to 107 hyperlocal nonprofit organizations
- $190,000 in scholarships to 32 student athletes and 12 Cousins Subs crew members
- $97,000 to Hunger Task Force to fight food insecurity
To make the holidays even better, guests will receive the gift of Cousins Subs when they give it to a loved one. All customers who purchase a Cousins Subs gift card of $25 or more will receive a gift certificate for a free 7.5” sub or sub in a bowl valid at participating locations. The promotion runs through Dec. 31, 2020.
