Cousins Subs announced the introduction of curbside pickup at select locations in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin to better serve guests amid the coronavirus pandemic. Guests can place their order for curbside pickup online at, through the Cousins Subs mobile app or by calling a participating Cousins Subs location.

“In these unprecedented times, Cousins Subs remains committed to exceeding guest expectations while providing a safe dining experience,” says Justin McCoy, Vice President of Marketing at Cousins Subs. “We’re confident the introduction of curbside pickup will make it more convenient for guests to enjoy their favorite subs, sides and bottled beverages.”

When placing an order for curbside pickup, guests are prompted to provide their vehicle make, model and color and pay for their order via credit card. To ensure the health and safety of guests and crew members, no cash payments will be accepted.

Guests are required to call the Cousins Subs location they placed their curbside pickup order through upon arrival. When the order is ready, a Cousins Subs crew member will walk it out to the guest.

Members of Cousins Club, the brand’s app-based loyalty program, will receive one point for every $1 spent on curbside pickup orders.
