Cowboy Chicken—the seven-unit, Dallas-based, fast-casual wood-fire rotisserie chicken brand—has brought back its popular holiday Wood Fire Rotisserie Turkey for a limited time.

Just the way its famous wood-fire rotisserie chicken is done, whole turkeys are seasoned and cooked over the same wood fire, bringing the best of the season to holiday dinner tables.

This year, Cowboy Chicken is offering a Wood Fire Rotisserie Turkey Holiday Package, which feeds between eight to 10 guests and features a 10–12 pound Wood Fire Rotisserie Turkey, Twice Baked Potaters, a Wild West Side, Country Style Stuffing, 12 dinner rolls, and Southern Blackberry Cobbler, all for $84.95.

Guests may order their Wood Fire Rotisserie Turkey Holiday Package at any Cowboy Chicken location between now and December 31, 2012.

“Our Wood Fire Rotisserie Turkey offers the perfect flavor and taste of the season, and paired with our sides and Southern Blackberry Cobbler makes every November and December special for our guests,” says Sean Kennedy, president of Cowboy Chicken. “Using our secret Cowboy seasoning, and cooking over a wood burning fire, you get layers of flavor. This turkey doesn't need gravy to be delicious!”

For more than 30 years, the “downhome Cowboys” at Cowboy Chicken have been cooking all-natural chicken over a wood-burning fire, and today guests enjoy the same wood-fired rotisserie chicken or turkey along with 17 different fresh homemade sides.
Since its humble beginnings in 1981, Cowboy Chicken has perfected the taste of chicken on a wood-burning rotisserie and created the now famous Twice-Baked "Potaters".

Other long-time favorites are the famous Cowboy Chicken Enchiladas stuffed full of all white meat rotisserie chicken, as well as Chicken salad sandwiches.

Homemade Southern Blackberry Cobbler finishes off any Cowboy meal, and both its award-winning Chicken Enchiladas and homemade Cobbler have been on the menu since Cowboy's inception.

Cowboy Chicken also features healthy, fresh salads and sandwiches, grilled skinless chickenbreast, and nutritious sides such as seasonal fruit, baked Sweet Potato, Green Beans, and Campfire Veggies, which can all be ordered online.

Online ordering is available for lunch and dinner, take-out, home delivery, and catering services.
