CTI Foods Holding Co., LLC, a culinary-driven company that offers a diverse range of custom food solutions to the foodservice industry, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Robert S. “Bobby” Horowitz as chief executive officer.
Mr. Horowitz has served as President and COO of Lamb Weston, a subsidiary of ConAgra Foods, Inc., one of North America’s leading packaged foods companies. Mr. Horowitz will succeed Kirk G. Smith, who will remain on the company’s Board of Directors and continue to have an investment in the company.
Commenting on the appointment of Mr. Horowitz, Mr. Smith says, “We are confident that the combined experience of Bobby’s food industry background and his management skills in accelerating growth will enhance CTI Foods’ long-term growth initiatives and that he will further solidify the company’s reputation as a culinary driven food manufacturer.”
