Jim and Heather Clark have been Greenville residents for 11 years are the proud owners of the restaurant. "I'm a native Midwesterner and am excited to bring Culver's great tasting food and hospitality to Greenville," says Jim Clark.

Culver's, which was founded in Sauk City, Wisconsin in 1984, is on track to open four more restaurants before the end of the year, bringing the total number of 2012 openings to 29.
