On the heels of announcing Curry Up Now’s purchase of Tava Kitchen and securing their place as the nation’s largest fast casual Indian restaurant chain, Curry Up Now announces the hiring of Fransmart to expand Curry Up Now restaurants across North America. The Indian fast-casual and food truck chain will begin franchising later this year.

Founded in 2009 by husband and wife Akash and Rana Kapoor along with partner Amir Hosseini, Curry Up Now provides customers with a comfortable and inviting environment to enjoy creative, innovative, and accessible Indian cuisine. The menu is designed to appeal to all customers, whether familiar with Indian food or not. Partnering with Fransmart will allow this delicious and approachable concept to expand throughout the nation. Curry Up Now has five stores currently with one more slated to open in a few weeks in the Bay Area and four food trucks in California, along with two craft cocktail bars called Mortar & Pestle bar attached to the more fine casual San Jose and San Mateo locations.

Curry Up Now is looking for franchise partners to help introduce its menu to customers in major markets across the country. Fransmart serves as Curry Up Now’s exclusive franchise development partner.
