Daddy’s Chicken Shack, the quick-service concept dedicated to serving up good livin’ and better chicken, announced today two new promotions within their executive team. Tony Adams, who previously served as the Vice President and Chief of Staff for Area 15 Ventures, will now be taking on the role of President for Daddy’s Chicken Shack while Dave Liniger Jr. transitions from President to CEO.

Adams and Liniger Jr. have been a part of Daddy’s Chicken Shack through Area 15 Ventures, the private equity firm that acquired the brand just last year amidst a major growth surge. Area 15 Ventures is owned by Dave Liniger, co-founder and chairman of global franchise powerhouse RE/MAX, who will continue to serve as a chairman for the Daddy’s Chicken Shack brand.

“I’m thrilled to be taking on a new position with Daddy’s as the brand continues to grow and be recognized as a category disruptor,” says Dave Liniger Jr., CEO of Daddy’s Chicken Shack. “Our regional development program has enabled us to drive widespread growth, and now as we look toward our robust pipeline of future openings, we are in a fantastic position to take this brand to new heights.”

Adams and Liniger Jr. both bring stacked backgrounds in business ownership operations, ranging across a diverse spectrum of industries like real estate investment, mortgage, mergers & acquisitions, casinos and more. The duo’s experience across a broad range of categories has primed them as the ideal pair to further elevate Daddy’s Chicken Shack as the brand continues to capture the attention of entrepreneurs and consumers alike for its pressure-cooked chicken and chef-driven menu.

The immediate focus of the Daddy’s Chicken Shack executive team lies in driving growth through new and existing territories, whilst supporting current franchisees as they prepare to open locations across the country. The brand’s newest openings in Colorado and Texas have proven to be resounding successes, with the grand openings creating local media buzz that garnered around-the-block lines from eager customers.

Ideal franchise candidates have a desire to provide quality, fresh ingredients to customers along with the idea of leveraging an unforgettable experience in bringing people together. The brand aims to attract individuals and groups with previous restaurant experience and who resonate with the brand’s values of bringing sunshine to communities by honoring inclusivity, good food and a memorable guest experience.
