Delicious is officially in season at Daily Kitchen & Wellness Bar, the newest fast-casual concept from The LEV Restaurant Group in Las Vegas.

Situated off the Strip in the Gardens Plaza in Summerlin, Daily Kitchen & Wellness Bar is dishing up seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with its eclectic menu that offers something for every palate, from carnivores to lettuce lovers to families on-the-go.

Daily Kitchen & Wellness Bar was masterminded by The LEV Restaurant Group, which was founded by Jeffrey Fine in 2001 as a vehicle to create, develop, and operate innovative Food & Beverage concepts like i♥burgers at The Shoppes at The Palazzo and Town Square, and Lobster ME at the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.

The Las Vegas-based company is also the exclusive area developer for Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Jamba Juice, operating 30 units collectively in the Las Vegas Valley with further projections for growth.

With the launch of Daily Kitchen & Wellness Bar, The LEV Restaurant Group is answering the call for affordable health and eco-conscious fare in both Las Vegas and the nation as a whole.

“The Daily Kitchen is about better choices,” says Zachary Conine, vice president of research, analytics, and development for The LEV Restaurant Group. “We feel there’s a happy and delicious medium between heavy and unhealthy foods, and healthy foods devoid of taste and soul. At the Daily Kitchen & Wellness Bar we’re dishing up food that’s good tasting and good for you.”

The bright, streamlined space is a modern mecca for diners in search of a satisfying bite that doesn’t strain the waistband or wallet.

The philosophy behind Daily Kitchen & Wellness Bar’s menu is to inspire and encourage people to eat real, whole foods that aren’t laden with chemicals or other additives.

Pamela Salzman, a certified holistic health counselor based in Manhattan Beach, California, consulted on the menu that features an eclectic mix of nutritionally balanced comfort foods like pasta and burgers, as well as inventive takes on healthy favorites like kale and quinoa.

Morning go-getters can kick off the day right with a DK Egg Sandwich with egg whites, turkey sausage, and cheddar cheese on whole wheat bread or an Acai Bowl featuring a puree of Acai berries, banana, fresh berries, and orange, topped with granola and fresh berries, young coconut, or banana.

Mid-day and evening noshers can cruise in for a light salad such as the Sugar Snap Pea & Quinoa with Tofu or the Raw Tuscan Kalewith toasted pine nuts, dried cranberries, and chopped avocado with a citrus vinaigrette.

Carnivoric cravings will be more than satisfied with the Tasty Turkey Burgerwith avocado, radish, sprouts, and tomato on a whole wheat bun; the Daily Kitchen Chicken Sandwichwith roasted chicken, grapes, celery, pecans, Greek yogurt, and arugula on whole grain bread; or the Ahi Tuna Tacoswith seared ahi, pickled daikon and carrots, micro cilantro, avocado, lime, and creamy ponzu sauce on a whole wheat tortilla.

Diners will also delight in the Fresh Juice Blends from the Wellness Bar like the Harmony with cucumber, kale, spinach, apple, and lemon juice; and the Restore with beet, spinach, apple, lemon, and ginger–perfect for cleansing after a night on the Strip.

All menu items are available dine-in or to-go and catering is also available.

Daily Kitchen & Wellness Bar is located at 3645 South Town Center Drive in the Gardens Plaza in Summerlin, and will be open 365 days a year. Seating is available both inside and outside on the patio. Hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Monday – Sunday.
