Penn Station was recently voted the No. 1 sandwich joint in Dayton, Ohio.

The poll was conducted in early August by popular site ActiveDayton.com. An astounding 1,262 votes out of 1,998 votes were in support of Penn Station East Coast Subs making it Dayton’s favorite amongst its peers.

“Penn Station’s customer base is fiercely loyal and we are glad that they were involved in the poll,” says Craig Dunaway, President of Penn Station, Inc.

“It’s our high quality freshness and grilled-to-order taste that keeps our customers coming back.”

Dayton Managing Owner John Dorger agrees, “One of my favorite things about working at Penn Station is interacting and building actual relationships with our customers. We are very active in the community through our Penn Station Athlete of the Month program and our Little League Sponsorships we began this year. We believe the community takes note of involvement and supports us as we have supported them.”

Penn Station makes East Coast-style submarine sandwiches on hearth-baked bread and serves up fresh hand-cut fries and hand-squeezed lemonade daily.
