With the creation of DCV Franchise Services Group, a merger of Direct Connect Ventures and the Franchise Services Group, franchisors have access to an end-to-end provider of professional services to the franchise industry.

“The genesis of our merger was looking for ways to improve on what we can offer our clients,” says Larry Schwartz, former director and senior consultant of Armanino Franchise Services Group. “DCV Franchise Services Group will be able to offer our clients a nimble, high-touch franchise services partner, while maintaining the depth and resources of a larger firm.”

Leadership of the new business entity will by headed up by Reg Byrd and Larry Schwartz, both Managing Partners, supported by a key management team and support staff. Both leaders are anything but new to the franchise category, with more than 300 franchise clients on their roster over the years.

Direct Connect Ventures has been a financing partner for the franchise industry for more than a decade. And the Franchise Services Group has been an in-house partner with both Armanino and RBZ for more than four years.
