Dickey's Barbecue Cooks Up Online Ordering

Ordering your favorite barbecue just got easier. Dickey's Barbecue, the world's largest barbecue franchise, is allowing customers to skip lines during busy times and order online.

"Online ordering is just another way for all of our restaurants to provide great customer service," says Roland Dickey, Jr., president of Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants Inc. "Time is a valuable commodity, and we want to make sure our customers have a great experience in a timely manner when they visit us – online ordering alleviates waiting times."
The new system simplifies the ordering process by allowing customers to place a pick-up order directly online. In addition, a group ordering feature allows customers to place multi-item orders under a single name, invite friends via email to add to the order and manage the process online.  Account information can be saved for the next time customers order by creating a secure account.
