DIG, a fast-casual restaurant serving seasonal, scratch-cooked comfort food, has launched its new spring menu highlighting aromatic herb-infused dishes alongside a revamped mobile app experience.

Available beginning March 26 at all locations, the menu showcases DIG’s commitment to vibrant seasonal ingredients and distinctive flavor profiles. At the heart of the spring menu is DIG’s signature romesco sauce — roasted red peppers blended with pumpkin seeds, garlic and olive oil — featured in several new dishes, including the Romesco Chicken Plate and Romesco Steak Plate.

Other highlights on DIG’s spring menu include:

  • Green Bean & Romesco Frisee Salad with Seared Wild Salmon
  • Avo Smash Sandwiches, with the option to add chicken or tofu
  • Family dinner packages including the Spring Chicken Family Dinner and Steak & Veg Family Dinner

In response to guest feedback, DIG has also made all tofu sandwiches completely vegan, partnering with a new vegan bun supplier and reformulating the signature DIG sauce to be plant-based while maintaining its distinctive flavor profile.

“Our spring menu celebrates the bright, fresh ingredients of the season with herb-forward profiles and our signature romesco sauce that adds depth and character to every dish,” said Culinary Director Matt Weingarten. “Each offering is crafted from scratch daily in our kitchens, from our house-made sauces to our perfectly prepared proteins. Whether dining in or enjoying take-home dinners, busy customers can enjoy restaurant-quality meals without sacrificing their time or standards.”

The menu also marks the highly anticipated return of Cheesy Cauliflower, a guest favorite roasted with garlic, parmesan, lemon and chili flakes, topped with scallions.

Two additional standout seasonal sides include fragrant couscous with spring herbs, garlic and lemon, and Herb Rice, cooked in a blend of cilantro, parsley and garlic.

“With our new spring entrees and sides, we’re inviting our customers to tap out of the daily grind of meal planning, grocery shopping and cooking, and instead tap DIG in for chef-prepared, seasonal dishes that save time without sacrificing quality,” said Chief Marketing Officer Jessica Serrano. “Our enhanced app makes it even easier to bring restaurant-quality meals into your daily routine, letting you reclaim your evenings while still enjoying nutritious, delicious food prepared with care.”

DIG is offering customers $5 off their first digital order, the ability to upload receipts to earn points on in-store purchases, monthly rewards, birthday perks and early access to new menu items.

These digital enhancements reflect DIG’s commitment to meeting modern consumers’ needs for convenience without compromising on quality.
