Dillas Quesadillas (pronounced Dill-uhs), the North Texas-based fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in cooked-to-order Primo quesadillas, is celebrating 10 years of business and its core values of “Good Food. Good People. Good Times.” since its establishment in 2013. The milestone is a reflection of the brand’s success and exponential growth that is slated for the next decade. 

In honor of the anniversary, Dillas is reviving its fan favorite, “The Goodfella,” beginning Dec. 1 through Dec. 31. A cornerstone of Dillas’ inaugural menu a decade ago, this limited-time return promises a nostalgic treat for guests and includes pepperoni, mushrooms and pico de gallo melted within Dillas’ proprietary cheese blend. It is complimented with its scratch-made jalapeño ranch dipping sauce.

Dillas has expanded its footprint with nine restaurants across North Texas and Louisiana. The most recent addition opened its doors in November this year in Forney, Texas, and its second location in Frisco is scheduled to open this month. The brand is also set to unveil several new locations in the upcoming year.

Beyond providing Primo meals, Dillas is dedicated to nurturing local small businesses, encouraging healthy living by promoting active lifestyles and balanced diets, investing in students’ educations and fighting hunger. The brand takes immense pride in its partnership with Minnie’s Food Pantry, a commitment that has continued since the restaurant’s opening and has provided approximately 100,000 meals to those in need over the past 10 years of the partnership. With a simple .30 cents addition, termed the Minnie’s Meal, patrons can make a difference with each purchase. For every Minnie’s Meal sold, Dillas will match the donation, providing two nourishing meals for those facing food insecurity.
