Dispensing Dynamics International (DDI) Inc.acquired the Colman Group Inc. (DBA San Jamar-Chef Revival).  DDI Inc. is the company that acquired Perrin Manufacturing and Global Plastics and is the market leader in dispensing design & technology for away-from-home Paper Companies worldwide.

San Jamar-Chef Revival (SJCR) is a global market leader in the away-from-home distribution channel of branded innovation across five key product categories including disposable dispensing, food safety tools, bar & food management, hand safety, and foodservice apparel.

DDI's North American design and manufacturing capabilities coupled with SJCR's global sourcing and distribution will provide our respective customers with the most competitive source of supply worldwide for leading edge technologies and value added branded commodities.

Customer sales and marketing will operate separately with DDI focused on developing OEM company business and SJCR focused on building commercial distribution.
