Display Provider Names Customer Service Head

Access Display Group Inc., designer and manufacturer of signage frames, poster displays, and illuminated visual display fixtures, announced the appointment of Jessica Malarkey as customer service coordinator.

Malarkey joined the company in September 2009 and is responsible for day-to-day customer service matters relating to all aspects of the company's products—from customer inquiries to working with a growing network of dealers and re-sellers. She will coordinate all customer service efforts for all Access Display Group's e-commerce Web sites.

"As we continue to grow, the challenges of operating the business become more demanding and complex, so it was time to focus on increasing our effectiveness and efficiency," says president Charles Abrams. "Jessica has proven to be a valuable employee who has quickly grown to understand all facets of our customer service needs, and as a result has helped our management team spend more time to focus and capitalize on opportunities.”

Prior to Joining Access Display Group Inc., Malarkey worked in sales and customer service positions for Lowes Home Improvement and Target.
