The grand opening marks a thrilling moment for Diversified Restaurant Group, recognized as the leader in the Taco Bell Cantina space with eight other iconic Cantinas which each embody the unique character of the community, like their flagship Cantina on the Las Vegas Strip and the famous Pacifica Cantina on the beach, often referred to as the most beautiful Taco Bell in the world.

From rock ‘n’ roll to hip hop and pop, LA’s music roots run deep. Taco Bell roots have been embedded in LA culture since Glen Bell’s first location in 1962 in Downey, CA. “We are excited to honor LA’s rich music culture in our new downtown LA Cantina and offer a unique space for families, friend groups and fans to create memories in,” said SG Ellison, CEO & President of Diversified Restaurant Group. “The team is eager to welcome the vibrant and lively LA community.”

The new LA Cantina exudes an electric atmosphere with its vibrant stained glass, rustic brick walls, array of vintage concert posters, and two massive 12′ x 6′ LED panels featuring music videos by Taco Bell’s Feed the Beat artists, a program that has helped support more than 1,900 artists/bands connect with fans. This expansive venue offers plenty of space, perfectly tailored for social gatherings and large groups that want to cool off with some freezes after exploring the surrounding hip and historic attractions.

The Cantina serves up all the cheesy, craveable classics you know and love, from mouthwatering tacos and savory burritos to delicious quesadillas. At the heart of the Cantina is its elevated bar, featuring the signature “Bottoms Up Beer” system, mixed drinks and a variety of freeze flavors, which you can add your favorite booze to for a refreshing twist. The restaurant will be open every day from 7 am to 3 am. For quick and easy takeout, there’s a custom mobile pickup cubby and a walk-up ordering window.
