Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio, a powerhouse DJ and MTV reality star, joins forces with Virtual Dining Concepts and Grubhub on the debut of his new virtual brand, Pauly D’s Italian Subs. Known for his love of Italian food and pride of his heritage, DJ Pauly D created the ultimate, mouth-watering Italian sub sandwiches. Catering to individual tastes with made-to-order subs, Pauly D’s delivery-only, virtual restaurant is now available through Grubhub with online and mobile app orders.
Operated through Virtual Dining Concepts (VDC), Pauly D’s Italian Subs comes as the second celebrity-owned brand created by renowned restaurateur Robert Earl, his son Robbie Earl, President of VDC, and Culinary Director, Chef Eric Greenspan.

The Pauly D’s Italian Subs online menu offers seven signature crafted sub sandwiches including the Italian, Turkey Pesto, the Club, Genoa Salami, Pork & Peppers, Spicy Capicola, and Roast Beef. Served on an 8-inch Amoroso roll, the subs will be complemented with mayo, shredded iceberg lettuce, onions, mild banana peppers Italian herbs, and “The Drip” signature dressing. The menu also includes four salad options, sides including potato salad, macaroni salad, cole slaw, and chips, and cannoli desserts, Pauly D’s favorite Italian treat.
