Today, Dog Haus Biergarten USC makes its anticipated return to the university’s campus area (after a short semester off) with its acclaimed hot dogs, sausages, burgers, one-of-a-kind fried chicken sandwich and craft beer.

To celebrate the opening, Dog Haus will offer free Haus Dogs from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. on Friday, January 11, and for the first time in Dog Haus history, the USC location will add on an extra day of complimentary eating with its inaugural Hangover Sunday. On Sunday, January 13, the first 50 people who order The Hangover, a burger with white American cheese, smoked bacon, haus chili, fried egg and mayo on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls, for free. To redeem their free Haus Dog and The Hangover burger, guests must check-in using the Dog Haus app. 

“We’re excited to be coming back to USC in an even bigger and better way and serving up our hand-crafted menu items and locally-focused beer list in a welcoming and communal space,” says André Vener, Dog Haus Partner. “Not only is this location in our hometown here in Los Angeles, it’s the perfect place for college students, residents and visitors to have a delicious meal from morning until late at night.”

USC Dog Haus fans can continue to expect menu classics such as the Sooo Cali with wild arugula, avocado, tomato, crispy onions and spicy basil aioli; The Fonz with spicy Italian sausage, pastrami and mozzarella cheese; and The Freiburger with white American cheese, fries, haus slaw, fried egg and mayo; in addition to sliders, sides and their just launched plant-based sausages and burgers. 

Nothing pairs better with their gourmet menu items than an ice-cold beer, and Dog Haus takes their beer selections seriously. Guests can choose from draft or canned beers, with 20 taps available at the expansive bar. Alongside classics, beer lovers will find brews such as Smog City Lil Bo Pils pilsner, Los Abbey Devotion Belgian-style blonde and Firestone-Walker’s Merlin Milk Stout (on nitro) on the restaurants rotating craft beer tap list. 

The craft casual concept, designed to elevate the hot dog and burger-eating experience, will serve up its quality meals within the contemporary aesthetic of a modern industrial space. After ordering at the counter, diners will be able to grab a seat at the restaurant’s communal tables or take a bench seat at one of its wood and steel tables. 

Dog Haus Biergarten USC is location at 3335 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90007 and will be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. 

Dog Haus currently has 30+ locations nationwide, and 20+ in developments, with plans to double to size in 2019.
