Unified Brands announced that its Randell brand was honored with the 2010 Teamwork Award at this year’s Domino’s Supply Partner Summit, which recently took place in Plymouth, Michigan.
According to Domino’s, “Randell has been an outstanding business partner to our equipment & supply division for over a decade.”
Domino’s also says that Randell met its vital menu and item expansion challenge last year by developing a new make-table and taking the initiative to help Domino’s grow its business internationally.
Randell’s development of the CE-approved product line enabled E&S to increase sales in Europe and the Middle East. In 2010, Randell teamed up with Domino’s E&S for meetings in Paris to lay out program details for warranty service on refrigerated make-tables in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Turkey.
“These arrangements will continue to help us grow the business but also provide our international customers the same refrigeration capacity and operational benefits as our stores in the U.S.,” Domino’s says.
Domino’s E&S additionally says that Randell continues to score high on customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and after-market service. Unified Brands and its Randell brand were grateful to receive the 2010 Domino’s Teamwork Award.
“Receiving the Teamwork Award means a lot to us,” says Tom Donovan, VP of sales for Unified Brands, “because that’s exactly who we want to be to our customers—a team member. We truly strive to partner with our customers, to know their business and their challenges, and to work with them to develop solutions to the challenges they face.
“It’s not just about a prep table; it’s about working together to provide safe and delicious food to people all over the world,” Donovan says. “We’re honored that Domino’s considers us such a valuable partner and we look forward to continue working with them as they expand their business internationally.”
