Domino’s Pizza announced this week that it would roll out a new Philly Cheese Steak Pizza nationwide on September 2 marking the first new Domino’s pizza since January of 2000.

As its name suggests, the new creation will be made with premium sirloin steak, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and a layer of provolone cheese. Ken Calwell, executive vice president, Build the Brand, Domino’s Pizza said, “It is the perfect all-American complement to the Domino’s Pizza menu.”

Domino’s has carved out a unique joint promotion with the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA), on behalf of the Cattlemen’s Beef Board and state beef councils. The U.S. beef industry’s highly recognized Beef Check-Off logo will be branded on all Domino’s Pizza advertising, including print and television, in support of the product launch, beginning September 8, 2003.
